Om Namah Shivaya is a Hindu Mantra, translation meaning; 'adoration to shiva', 'I bow to shiva'. It is sung in Hindu prayers and also recited in meditation by yogis.
Om Namah Shivaya comes from part of a Hindu prayer; the Shri Rudram Chamakan. It is an ancient mantra from the Yajurveda, one of the oldest vedic texts; 'the vedas'-a collection of hymns and other religious texts from India between 1500 and 1000 BCE.
The cuff is adjustable to suit any size wrist and has a width of 2cm. The material is gold-plated silver.
